She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Erdlen and Catherine Erdlen; her husband John "Jack" McCormick; and her siblings, Frank, Richard and Catherine.
She is survived by: her children, Jack (Linda), Frank (Rosemarie), Bob (late Kate), Rose Kozacheck (Joe), Pat (Chris), Cathy Lyons (Henry), Joe (Melissa), Dolores and Tom (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Jack (Serena), Kate (Brian), Ryan (Kim), Scott (Jen), Beth (Matt), Sue (Mark), Tim (Susan), Sara (Sean), Regina (Jake), Megan (Mike), Laura (Pat), Rob (Meghan), Shawna (Nick), Joseph, Patrick, Ann Marie, Colleen, Andrew, Katie, Cecilia, Brian, Erin and Emily; and her great grandchildren, Alyssa, Liam, Connor, Brenna Rose, Brian, John, Jack, Ted, Henry of Molly, TJ, Michael, Bridget, Luke, Kearney Rose, Maura, Ellie, James, Elise, Sean and Cora Rose.
