He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Brian Donnelly (Amy), Alison Giosa (Keith) and Stacey Cizmarik (Robert); his grandchildren, Aiden, Jonathan Giosa, Olivia and Rylee Cizmarik; and his sister-in-law Deborah Gratton (William).
