She was predeceased by: her parents, William J. Fair and Rita G. Fair. She is survived by: her husband F. Louis Cicero; her daughters, Andrea Rock (Mitchell) and Aimee Cicero; and her grandchildren, Kyle and Bella Rock. She is also survived by cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.
