He was predeceased by: his parents, Zygmunt Osiecki and Helen Osiecki; and his brother Thaddeus J. "Ted" Osiecki. He is survived by: his wife Patricia M. Osiecki; his children, Emily Remphrey (Bill) and Mark Osiecki (Valerie); his grandchildren, Catherine, Grace and William; and his sister-inlaw Nancy Osiecki.
