He is survived by: his wife Sally Speir (Baughman); his children, Ryan Speir and Christine Ryan; his grandchildren, James Ryan, Wesley Speir, Alice Ryan, Whitney Speir, John Ryan and Samantha Speir; and his sister Cheryl Leigh Speir. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
