He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Peg" O'Keefe; his children, Kathleen McGovern (Patrick), Joseph O'Keefe and John O'Keefe (Norma); and his grandchildren, Shannon, Katherine, John, Owen, Mackenzie, Caroline, Samantha, Christopher and Amanda. He is also survived by his many family and friends.
