He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Burgess and Alice Burgess (Richards) of Hyrum Utah; his stepmother Mala Burgess (Poulson); and his brother Stephen Burgess. He is survived by: his wife Mary Brady; his children, Melissa (Rich) and Tim (Jean); and his brother Richards Burgess (Dick). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren.
