She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Heagney and Mary D. Heagney; her husband Walter L. Baily; her sisters, Marie T. West and W. Joan McKenna; and her nephew Sean West.

She is survived by: her son Walter T. Baily; and her nieces and nephews, Tricia McKenna-Cichon, Peter McKenna, Thomas West, William West and Fred West.
