She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Milburn Proctor and Martha Zelma Proctor; and her husband Howard. She is survived by: her nephew Martin David Proctor; and her niece-in-law Brenda Proctor. She is also survived by several grandnieces and nephews, and several great-grand nieces and nephews.
