He was predeceased by: his mother Janet A. Smith (Gilbert); and his sister Clair Marie Smith. He is survived by: his father Thomas B. Smith Jr.; his wife Lorraine Smith (Meoli); his children, Nicole LeBlanc (Thomas), Gina Smith and Stephen D'Agostino (Lauren); his stepdaughters, Janelle Hevener (Bobby), Amanda Joslin (Michael), Juline Calhoun (Chris) and Frankie Korkus; his siblings, Francis Smith (Sue), Anne Frederick (Howard), Mary Smith (John) and Margaret Smith (Tony); and his grandchildren, Olivia, Bodhi, Cooper, Alice and Harper.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Donohue Funeral Home - West Chester (1627 West Chester Pike, West Chester, PA 19382). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Ss Simon & Jude Church (8 Cavanaugh Ct, West Chester, PA 19382). A burial was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at the Ss Peter & Paul Cemetery (1600 Sproul Rd, Springfield, PA 19064).
