He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosemary D'Avico and John D'Avico. He is survived by: his wife Roseann D'Avico (Muldoon); his children, John (Melissa) and Ashley D'Avico; his grandchildren, Vincent Dean and Emily Rose; and his sister Lisa D'Avico.
