She was predeceased by: her parents, Justin Kuleszewicz and Helen Kuleszewicz; her husband John A. Ruffini; and her brother Raymond Kuleszewicz. She is survived by: her sons, John Ruffini (Lisa), Robert Ruffini (Amy), David Ruffini (Joni) and Christopher Ruffini (Colleen); her grandchildren, Nicole Liss (Jordan), Justin Ruffini, Kelly Ruffini, Danielle Ruffini, David Ruffini, Jillian Ruffini, Jacqueline Ruffini and Madalyn Ruffini; and her great grandchild Olivia Liss.
