He was predeceased by: his parents, James Kerr and Mima Kerr; his wife Elizabeth "Betsy"; his stepson James III (Linda); and his sisters, Elinore Kerr and Ann Williams (Donald).
He is survived by: his children, William Scott (Karen), Deborah Earwood (David) and JoAnne Staunton (Christopher). He is also survived by his thirteen grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 from 8:30 AM to 10:15 AM at the Bible Baptist Church (1237 Paoli Pike, West Chester, PA 19380). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
