He was predeceased by: his parents, John Foster and Sallie Foster. He is survived by: his wife Barbara A. Foster; his children, Andrew J. (Angela) of Drexel Hill, Julia Rose of Drexel Hill, Jamie of Newtown Square, Ace and James; his siblings, Catherine Wallace of Phila, John Foster of Mickleton, NJ, Rosemary Fleck of Cortez, FL and Sally Alessi of Ridley Park; and also West Chester. He is also survived by husband, father and grandfather.
