He is survived by: his children, James J., III (Christine) and Brianne Welsh; the mother of his children Susan; his grandsons, Michael and Blaine; and his siblings, Brian (Michelle), Colleen Welsh, Danielle Welsh and Tara Welsh-Welch. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
