He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret "Maggie". He is survived by: his children, Henry Jr., Margaret Weiss (William) and Mary Elizabeth Delgado (John); his granddaughter Alexandra Weiss; and his sisters-in-law, Dorothea Angelow (Bob) and Mary Huhn. He is also survived by his niece and nephews.
