She was predeceased by: her husband Vinicio "Venny" Penna. She is survived by: her children, Diane C. Chiponis (James) and JulieAnn Verrekia (Nicholas); her grandchildren, Victoria Verrekia, Jaimee Chiponis, Marc Verrekia, Gianna Chiponis and Joseph Verrekia; her brother Stephen Pratico (Mary); and her sister-in-law Anna Pratico.
