She was predeceased by: her parents, William A. W. and Gertrude E. Church. She is survived by: her daughters, Leslie Jordan (Jeffrey) of Wallingford, Carole Chapin of Newtown Square and Jill Chapin (Patty McKenna) of Elizabethtown; her granddaughters, Annette Kortman, Heather Bonnar and Leah Baker; her great grandchildren, Gaetano Kortman, Jacob Bonnar, Joseph Spina, Karina Bonnar, Adyson Baker and Chace Baker; and her great great grandchild Laiken Kortman.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to St. Mark's United Methodist Church, 2220 S. Sproul Rd., Broomall, PA 19008.
