He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Roth and Hazel Roth (McClure); and his sister-in-law Joan Roth. He is survived by: his siblings, Emil Roth of Lancaster and Margaret Huber (Kenneth) of Ronks. He is also survived by 1 niece and 3 nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Charlie's name to Hospice and Community Care, 686 Good Drive, Lancaster, PA 17601.
