It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Ann Giannaccari (Newtown Square, Pennsylvania), who passed away on June 30, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her husband Alfredo Giannaccari Sr.; her children, Alfredo Jr., Gabriella and Sofia; her parents, George Cahill Sr. and Barbara Cahill; and her brother George Cahill Jr.. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends.
