She was predeceased by: her spouse Gazie Kelemen. She is survived by: her parents, Nicholas Cybok and Mary Cybok; her child Julianne K. Boyle (Edmund); her grandchildren, Kelly Dailey, Jeanine Boyle, Ed "Ned" Boyle and Mary E. Boyle; and her great grandchildren, Sage Dailey and Theodore Dailey.
