It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Saunda L McGuire (Newport, Pennsylvania), who passed away on January 21, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fleming Miller and Orpha Miller (Cox); and her brother Monty Miller. She is survived by: her husband Vance E. McGuire; her children, Vance E. McGuire II of Hummelstown, Matthew McGuire of Newport and Michelle Whitmyer (Charles) of Marysville; her siblings, Barry Miller of Florida, Vance Miller of Millersburg and Rose Foose of New Bloomfield; and her grandchildren, Emily Whitmyer, Ava, Marissa and Donovan McGuire.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Newport Family Life Center (27 W Shortcut Rd, Newport, PA 17074). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to the Newport Assembly of God, 253 N Sixth Street, Newport, PA 17074.
