He is survived by: his wife Teresa Page; his daughters, Heather Weiand (Jen) of Honey Grove, Danielle Crawford (Mike) of Lancaster and Nicki Page (JJ) of York Springs; and his siblings, Bill Page and Gloria Jean Amey. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren.
