It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maynard G Engel (Newport, Pennsylvania), born in Chester, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 15, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Martin N Engel and Susan V Engel (Umble); and his son Dwain M Engel (Vicki). He is survived by : his wife Nancy Dorthea Keck Engel; his son Douglas A Engel (Julia Engel) of Charlotte, NC; and his siblings, Roy M Engel Sr. and Laura Stoltzfus.

A Memorial Celebration will take place at a later time due to the current Pandemic.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in his honor to Newport Meadows Nursing and Rehabilitation Center or Willow Tree Hospice.
