Ford (Perry) of Newport; his siblings, Michele Auxt (Gary) of Duncannon, Patricia Hostler (Arch) of Newport, Lynette Yohn (Tim) of Mifflintown and Pat Ford of Newport; his nieces and nephews, Skyler Robinson (Maverick), Luke Auxt, Scott Hostler (Emily), Victoria Williams (Lamar), Nicole Hostler, Shania Graybill (Zack), Aimee Yohn and Ashley Yohn; his great-nieces, Aubree and Violet Williams; and his pet Athena.

Visitation was held on Friday, June 21st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Bernard's Catholic Church (811 Shermans Valley Rd, New Bloomfield, PA 17068). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, June 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
