He is survived by: his children, Craig Hoover (Jill) and Stacey Butcher (Mark) of Butcher's Farm Market; his grandsons, Dylan and Mason Hoover; his great grandchildren, Alivia Hoover and Z. Will Hoover; and his brother-in-law David Binkley II (Sally Bomgardner).
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Highland Presbyterian Church (11 Church Rd, Newport, PA 17074). A memorial service was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
