With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James C. Swisher in Newport, Pennsylvania, born in Georgetown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 22, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his wife Deloris K. Swisher (Harbaugh); his parents, Leon Swisher and Edna Swisher (Fichtner); and his siblings, Elaine Young and George Swisher.

He is survived by : his children, Larry Swisher (Barbara Jo) of Quarryville and Sherri Graybill (Justin) of Smoketown; his grandchildren, Nicholas Swisher, Lauren Swisher and Edmund Graybill; his sister Carol Fisher of Georgetown; and his sister-in-law Darlene Swisher of Georgetown.
