He was predeceased by: his father Mundis; and his stepfather Paul Tezak. He is survived by: his mother Alice Jane Tezak; his children, Katrina Forbes, Jamie Forbes and Gregory Forbes; his sister Tammy Barbush (Sam); and his stepbrothers, Scott Tezak and Alan Tezak. He is also survived by one niece and five grandchildren.
