He is survived by: his children, Keith Edward (Ellen Schmuck Kemper) of Peach Bottom, Joy Ann Kemper of Quarryville, Kevin Daniel Kemper of New Providence and Michele Ann (John Eager) of Quarryville. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and 19 great-grandchildren.
