He was predeceased by : his wife Marie Lewis Criswell; his parents, Charles Lloyd and Lillian Elizabeth Criswell (McMinn); and his siblings, Meriam E. McCord and Robert Criswell.

He is survived by : his sister Martha Shank of Parkesburg. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 26th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Wilde Funeral Home (434 Main St, Parkesburg, PA 19365). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, June 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
