The memory of Charlene Kay Rowe of Newport, Pennsylvania, born in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 30, 2025 at the age of 71, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. Though Charlene Kay may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Charlene Kay touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles L. Sr. Rowe and Alma Rowe (Horne). She is survived by: her brothers, Charles L. Rowe Jr. (Norma) and Richard Rowe; her nephews, Brandon, Joel and Tyler Rowe; her niece Princess Jenilee Miedzwiocki (Christoper); her great-nephew Nicholas Miedzwicki; and her great-niece Cassidy Rowe. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Hilltop Christian Church (721 Hillcrest Dr, Newport, PA 17074). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Hillltop Christian Church.
