He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Clouser and Carrie Clouser (Stone); and his brother Charles Clouser. He is survived by: his wife Betty Clouser (Turnbaugh); his sons, Robert Clouser (Patty) and Glenn Clouser (Kaye) of Newport; his grandchildren, Ashley Leonard (Ryan) and Stephanie Clouser; his niece Ann Smith; his nephew Michael Clouser; and his pet Angel.
