She was predeceased by: her parents, Meryl C. Hagy and Marie V. Eshelman Hagy (Guyer); her children, Harry C. Kaiser and Christina M. Apple; and her siblings, Myrle Keith Hagy and Joan Holmes.
She is survived by: her children, Richard J. Adlon, II (Linda) of Newport, Stephen H. Adlon (Beverly) of Wellsville and Kathy R. Ballots (Thomas) of Newville. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren and many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
