She was predeceased by: her spouse Richard M. Heffner; and her parent Phillip Ferraro. She is survived by: her parent Lillie Ferraro; her children, Dale A. Heffner, Reading, Darryl A. Heffner, Gainesville, Deborah A. Moyer, Diane A. Moyer and Newmanstown; her siblings, Samuel Ferraro and Rose Pullano; and also, Mohnton and Wernersville. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
