He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Seger and Ruth Seger of Beltsville, MD.; his foster son David Woodrow French; and his granddaughter Morgan Anne French. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Seger; his children, James Seger, Jason (Melinda Seger) and Julie (Jason Bowman); his grandchildren, Sara Turner, Alexis Seger, Kyndall Seger, Austin Bowman, Mason Bowman, Braylon Turner and Tristian Seger; and his siblings, Donald (Margaret Seger), Juanita Olson, Audrey (David Ogden) and Barbara (Kenneth Lammers). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Romanian Missions.
