She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Dissinger and Cora Dissinger (Mellinger); her husband Robert "Bob" Blumenshine; and her siblings, Irma Schlott, Lester Dissinger and Floyd Dissinger.
She is survived by: her children, Dixie (late Marvin Albright), Roberta Blumenshine and Robert Blumenshine; her close friends, Rhonda Singer and Teresa (Robert Yeagley); and her grandchildren, Cary, Karen, Toby Tanya, Heather and Travis. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
