Rutter of Newmanstown, Pennsylvania, born in Reading, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 6, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his former wife JoAnn L. Rutter (Clay); and his parents, Robert Rutter and Ida Rutter (Rowe). He is survived by: his fiancée Sheila R. Stahl (Schell); his daughter Jennifer (Clint Worthey) of Wichita Falls, TX; and his siblings, Barbara (Steven McMillan) of Ocean City, MD and Charles Rutter (Beverly). He is also survived by two granddaughters, 2 great-granddaughters.
