James A. Fies Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James A. Fies of Newmanstown, Pennsylvania, born in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 11, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Joanne Marie Fies (Kaley); his parents, Leroy Fies, Sr. and Myrtle Fies (Kreiser); his son David J. Fies; and his brothers, Leroy Fies, Jr., Jerome Fies, Richard Fies and Philip Fies.
He is survived by: his children, Kathleen E. Barry (Joseph), James M. Fies (Mary Jo) and Suzanne M. Papson (David); his grandchildren, Joshua P Marinkov, Justin D. Marinkov, Andrew R. Fies, James M. Fies, Jr., Matthew R. Fies and Alexis M. Papson; and his brothers, Thomas and Terry Fies. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
