He was predeceased by: his wife Donna M. Collins (Ebert); and his parents, Arthur F. Collins and Elizabeth Collins (Ulrich). He is survived by: his siblings, Arthur F. Collins, Jr., Henry Collins, Ruth Morris and Janet Heishman; his grandchildren, Holly and Chad Collins; his children, Lori Long (Leon) of Richland, Donald Collins, Jr. (Lisa) of South Dakota and Jean Moyer (Ronald) of Lebanon; his grandchildren, Daniel M. Long (Susan) of Newmanstown, Kyle R. Long of Myrtle Beach, Nicholas S. Long of Richland, Jeremy Moyer of Lebanon, Jamie Moyer of Lebanon, Jennifer Collins of Lebanon, Ashley Collins of South Dakota, Joshua Collins of South Dakota and Dakota Collins of South Dakota; his stepgrandsons, Jeremy Smetana of Lebanon and Benjamin Smetana of South Dakota; and his sisters, Margaret Clemens of Lebanon and Judy Farr of Milton. He is also survived by several great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
