He was predeceased by: his father William A. Johnson; and his brother Douglas Johnson. He is survived by: his mother Rita Johnson of Stroudsburg; his daughters, Mary Johnson of Philadelphia and Sarah Johnson of Old Forge, PA; his granddaughter Mia; his brother Donald Johnson; his sister-in-law Tarah Probst of Stroudsburg; and his nieces and nephews, Ayla, Lili, Jack, Ray and Hunter.
