He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Slaymaker and Ruth Slaymaker (Hart); his former wife Evelyn Doris Slaymaker (DenBleyker); his stepdaughter Dawn Trout; and his brother Melvin Slaymaker.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Trout (Staufenberg); his children, Glenn Slaymaker (Edie), Gary Slaymaker (Cheryl) of Newfoundland, PA and Carol Yeckley (Samuel) of Morrisdale, PA; his daughter-in-law Cheryl Slaymaker of Mainesburg, PA; his stepchildren, Stephen Trout, Jr. (Susan), Deborah Murphy (Charles) of Mansfield, PA, Suzanne Ameigh (Frank) of Liberty, PA and Rebekah Redell (David) of Pittsburgh, PA; his grandchildren, Crystal (Steve), David (Breanne), James (Chasity), Glenn, Daniel (Jessica) and Dean (Victoria); his great grandchildren, Dylan, Damian, Savannah, Peyton, Devine, Ransom, Lauren, Janelle, Waylon, Wylie and Grayson; his brother Norman Slaymaker of Warminster, PA; and his sister-in-law Judy Slaymaker.
Memorial Contributions may be made in Glenn's name to the Mission Fund at Bakerburg Community Church.
