He was predeceased by: his father Donald J.. He is survived by: his sons, Chad Butche of Denver, CO and Jason Butche of Phoenix, AZ; his siblings, Mary Ferguson of Phoenix, AZ and Bob Butche of Duluth, MN; and his pets, Jasper and Pippin. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
