It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Ryan Higby of Newell, Pennsylvania, born in McKeesport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 27, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alex Zugeber and Rose Zugeber. She is survived by: her husband Christopher Powell; her sons, Tony Ryan (Ruth Farmer) and John Higby (Kim); her brother Karl Alexander; her grandchildren, Mariah Klein, Dylan and Paisley Higby; and her great grandchild Ellianna Klein.
