He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Eberly and Edna Eberly (Muehling); and his siblings, Frank, Robert, John, James and Edwina.
He is survived by: his wife Arlene Eberly (Smith) of Newburg; his children, Carolyn Eberly, Michael Eberly (Jennifer Smith) and Katie Eberly; his grandsons, Ryan Souder (Mandy) of Carlisle, Rex Eberly of Carlisle and Leland Eberly of Carlisle; and his sisters, Edna Thrush of Carlisle and Elizabeth Gregory of Federal Way, WA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
