She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel S. Failor and Isabell V. Frohm Failor. She is survived by: her daughter Beth A.; her husband Fred F. Franklin; her son Scott E. Franklin (Holly) of Newburg; her son-in-law Alan Abrams of Summerfield; her grandchildren, Ava, Hannah Franklin, Patrick and Allison Abrams; and her sisters, Doris Smotherman of Newville and Vickie Gruver of Carlisle.
