She was predeceased by: her parents, Ezra Bert and Carrie Bert (Hock); her husband Glenn L. Shultz; and her siblings, Pauline C. Mowery, Martha Veride, Naomi Reese, Annie Grove, Grace Nye, Arthur, David and James Bert.
She is survived by: her brother Alvin Bert of Statesville, NC. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
