With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Lou Shew of Newburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 23, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Nelson Charles and Mary Alice Clugston (Hockenberry); her husband Glen H. Shew; and her siblings, Edward Charles Clugston, Dorine Elizabeth Barnhart (Clugston) and Phillis Jean Barnhart (Clugston).
She is survived by: her brothers-in-law, Leonard Agnew Barnhart of Chambersburg and Theron Omar Barnhart of Newburg. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nephews, and great-nieces.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Green Spring First Church of God, 1140 Greenspring Road, Newville, PA 17241.
