Duncan Jr. (Newburg, Pennsylvania), born in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 24, 2019, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kenneth Eugene, Sr. and Curvey J. Duncan (Wright); his significant other Thomas Shry of Chambersburg; and his siblings, Kathy J. Bex of Mechanicsburg, Penny Duncan-Henry (Mark) of Shippensburg, Tammy Duncan of Newburg and Steven Duncan. He was also cherished by eight nieces and nephews and 17 great-nieces and nephews.
