He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl F. Frey and Lulu M. Frey (Eyer); and his spouse Gail Cressler. He is survived by: his children, Cheyenne Frey (Connie) of Shippensburg, Shawn Frey (Julie) of Shippensburg, Kurt Frey (Dorothy) of Shippensburg, Luther Frey (Christine) of Shippensburg, Brett Frey (Alison) of Conifer, CO and Jill Heberlig (Ashley) of Shippensburg; and his siblings, Jesse Frey (Bonnie) of Shippensburg and Julie Bullock (Darrell) of Telford, PA. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.
