He is survived by: his daughter Pamela Scarlet Ambrose of Pittsburgh; his grandchildren, Penelope Pugh of Shippensburg and Travis Pugh of Chambersburg; and his siblings, Joyce Traxler of Newburg, April Ashway-Railing of Shippensburg, Sherry Hartlaub of Dover, Blaine Ashway of Newburg and Roger Ashway of Newburg. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
